To support The Architecture Enterprise and Technology department we are looking for a colleague with an extraordinary organizational talent to setup and maintain our Architecture Governance. Being the center of our department - you report to the head of Architecture - you will take care of the day to day organization of all architecture files, making sure that processes are put in place for architecture follow up and validation is in place from ideation phase until delivery. You like getting things organized in the correct tooling, making life day-to-day easy for the whole department - and finding solutions for all simple and repetitive tasks.

As you have an IT background, you will also be managing real content such as management summaries of decisions and challenge architects in selling the ideas in a comprehensible story.
Using your network in the company, you will promote the architecture vision within the company. This position is a perfect spot to get to know the whole company 's architecture!

Set up architecture governance & processes (bank + insurance + subsidiaries where appropriate)

Organization of the Architecture Review Board process

Organization of the EUC Community

Organization of the Customer Architecture Review Board process
--planning, invitation, agenda, communication, follow-up of pending actions

Coordination to create / update the architecture strategy

Follow-up of projects

Management of Technology Road Map (TRM) process

Follow-up of PI-SQUARE Technology Refresh Plan (TRP)

Follow-up of audit recommendation

Organization of the architecture meetings

Administration and rationalization of architecture documentation in Confluence spaces, Sharepoint sites and NAS drives

Follow-up of RFIs, RFPs, due diligences, NPAP / AP, NRA,IT risk letters

Coordination of IT risk self assessment

Innovation Watch

Follow-up of infrastructure view, subscriptions and reporting of conferences, seminars, product reviews, time sheets

>> Personal skills:
--Accurate, good communicator, able to target the messages to the target audience (IT and business, different management levels)
--Good usage of Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Excel, Confluence, Planner)
--Basic knowledge of IT terminology
--Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
--Well organized & process minded
--Pro-active & flexible
--Eager to learn

--Senioriteit : junior - 2 years of experience
--Creating, maintaining and documenting governance processes: 2 years
--Project management: 2 years
